Reports to: PCC Trainer, Confirmation Manager, Scheduling Manager

Salary: $12-13

Status: Part- Time

About this role: Our Call Center Representatives work on the Confirmation, Sales, and Recare teams to ensure that the first interaction patients have is always magical. Our role in the Call Center is to reach out to existing/potential patients to provide information about Office services, explain our treatment process, and gather all information needed for an appointment. Along with creating the appointment, we follow outlined processes to confirm appointments and assist patients with reminder follow-up. We are looking for team members who are focused on providing quality customer service and maintaining a strong professional relationship with others and a positive attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent phone skills; clear, articulate communication to accurately describe our services to patients and collect information
  • Provide a superior customer service experience through the phone
  • Inform Patients about the offices benefits and services
  • Meet department goals for inbound and outbound calls
  • Converting leads to appointments
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Able to work independently/Remote
