Are you an experienced dental assistant looking for a new opportunity? Our thriving dental practice is seeking a talented individual to join our team. As a dental assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping our practice provide top-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Set up and break down treatment rooms
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Manage infection control in the dental office, including sterilizing instruments and equipment
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dental assistant
- Certificate or diploma from an accredited dental assistant program
- Must be willing to gain Nitrous, Coronal Polish, and Sealand Certifications (paid for by our company)
- X-ray certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills
