πŸ’° Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 (depending on experience) plus monthly bonus opportunity


The Practice Manager will oversee the daily operations of the dental office by managing employee relations, patient relations, and achieving operational goals. They will also be responsible for office profit & loss by managing patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections and receivables, and miscellaneous operations expenses. Additional responsibilities include stimulating new patient growth by leading treatment presentation and acceptance to patients, supporting marketing and social media strategies and efforts.

● Regional Manager

Support you will receive in your role as practice manager:

● Human Resources: Hiring, coaching, training, employee offboarding
● Marketing: dedicated marketing and call center teams focused on patient flow
● Clinical Team: Work alongside the wonderful doctors in your practice and the clinical
leadership team
● Procurement: Support in ordering supplies and repairing damaged tools and equipment
● Support Center: even more support with our amazing billing, compliance, accounting teams

Primary Responsibilities:

● Establish, foster and maintain a great working relationship with doctors in the office
● Effectively manage patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections and receivables,
specialty referral process, and miscellaneous operations expenses.
● Guide the office within budget guidelines to include clerical and auxiliary supply purchases,
equipment upgrades, labs, and labor costs.
● Increase and stimulate new patient growth by supporting sales, marketing, and promotional
programs.
● Recruit, hire, and develop office teams capable of providing best-in-class patient care.
● Directly supervise office teams and proactively manage their performance and development
including but not limited to performance feedback, appraisals, and corrective actions.
● Communicate with office teams regularly to ensure they have the information, tools, and
support needed to perform their jobs effectively and successfully.
● Complete administrative tasks, such as financial review, end-of-day reporting, staff payroll,
and accounts receivable reports correctly and within deadlines.
● Maintain patient data to include required regulatory chart documents, personal information,
treatment consultation documentation, account history transactions, and electronic QSI
data.
● Maintain facilities and equipment cleanliness and safety and report and/or correct hazards
when necessary in compliance with all state and federal regulations, including OSHA.
● Respond to the doctor, patient, and employee grievances, complaints, and inquiries and seek
assistance from the regional manager when necessary.
● Continually work towards building and sustaining a joined leadership work environment with
doctors.
● Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
Education: High School graduate or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in a health related field or
business preferred.
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a dental or health care related field strongly
preferred and at least three (3) years management experience.
Additional Requirements: May be required to work flexible hours.
