About this role: We are seeking a Facilities Onsite Inspector to join our team!

We are looking for an Onsite Inspection Inspector who will travel to our practices and complete inspections, provide feedback and training on Facilities Standards for our company. Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform onsite health checks for practices
  • Plan health check onsite visits
  • Create health check facilities reports
  • Conduct practice cleaning training
  • Update Monday board
  • Maintain office furniture inventor
  • Report Compliance issues
  • Manage cleaning companies for Smile Magic locations
  • Support Onsite Set ups*
  • Support practice improvements
  • Making recommendations
  • Planning improvements
  • Maintain department websites
  • Support Facilities tickets

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be able to travel to locations as needed
  • Must be computer proficient
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Able to learn and process Compliance Standards in the office environment
  • Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Extremely organized and able to work independently

Two Locations- Practices and Support Center (50% onsite and 50% onsite at practices)
