Ortho Front Desk Trainer

Division/Department: Orthodontics

Salary Range: $41,600-$45,760

Reports to: The Clinical Director of Ortho and Director of Ortho Operations and Training

Summary of position: The front desk trainer oversees the organization, planning, implementation, and successful completion of specific short-term projects which have a beginning, an end, and specific deliverables. This role will help support training for the benefit of the ortho front desks within the organization, and requires travel. The front desk will also work with the Ortho Scheduler Manager to provide necessary training when needed.

Responsibilities and Duties:
•Prepare meeting agendas, task lists, and follow-up communications with other trainers
•Support each trainer and support the training tools
•Build and develop training for Cloud 9
•Learn and develop training materials that utilizes abilities of Cloud 9
•Train Orthodontic Clinic and Front Desk Personnel on Cloud 9
•Monitor Cloud 9 and track metrics and communicate with doctors and teams when necessary regarding patient charts and tracking
•Develop a collaborative platform for organizing and communicating all key milestones, tasks, deadlines, and other relevant information for all trainings
•Manage multiple trainings (building training materials)
•Develop materials and teach ortho teams (PM to assistant level) about the New Patient process and phone call as well as all front desk duties
•Create new training materials for Ortho University
•Provide Front Desk training via online and in person with appropriate training materials and checklists
•Review front desk performance and assist with additional training if necessary
•All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
•HS Diploma, GED or equivalent.
•Five (5) years orthodontic work experience
•Experience with digital custom workflows used in orthodontics
•Familiar with orthodontic insurance and filing claims
