Bilingual Call Center Representative
Reports to: Scheduling Trainer, PCC Manager
Key Partnerships: Practice, Operations, Support Center
Salary: $13.95-14/hr (based on experience)
About this role: Our Call Center Specialists work on the Confirmation, Sales, and Recare teams to ensure that the first interaction patients have is always magical. Our role in the Call Center is to reach out to existing/potential patients to provide information about services, explain our treatment process, and gather all information needed for an appointment. Along with creating the appointment, we follow outlined processes to confirm appointments and assist patients with reminder follow-up.

Monday-Friday (In office/ Remote Capabilities from 8am-6pm & Some Saturday 8am-4pm)
