Business Development Project Coordinator

Reports to: Director of Strategic Planning

Department: Business Development

Salary: $32-45K DOE

Classification: Exempt

Status: Full-Time

About this role: Community Dental Partners is seeking a professional Project Coordinator that is interested in providing exceptional support. Attention to detail, follow-through, and organization are key factors in our ideal candidate. We are seeking someone with experience to support a growing Texas company in the following areas:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination from beginning to end
  • Managing administrative duties, including managing deadlines, placing orders, workflows, meetings, and appointments.
  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
  • Evaluate potential problems and develop solutions
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, using project management software and company tools.
  • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Other duties may be assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Project Management skills/experience a plus
  • Experience with project management tools a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalency
