About this role: The Content Sr. Manager will be responsible for working in partnership with several departments to create and capture engaging content for the purpose of attracting patients to our dental offices. The ideal candidate for this position is responsible for the management of the creation and production of marketing established project goals. They will oversee the overall message creation as it relates to our patient avatars. They will monitor, approve, and evaluate a project's status to ensure the correlation of the message and timeliness of the project. They will oversee the Content Team which consists of graphic designers and videographers. This role will also require frequent brainstorming with the Content Team and proposing creative solutions that fit in brand guidelines.

This position will serve as the communication between department heads and the creative team to ensure that quick and effective strategies are in place and followed for content production. (Help to establish and maintain creative process efficiency while “translating the promise” to our current and potential clients within the CDP Marketing Agency.)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek ways to improve the quality of content for Community Dental Partners to support adequate patient flow in all supported practices
  • Responsible for meeting all content/marketing timelines
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Executive, creative team, other department leaders, and stakeholders to produce the most effective content
  • Approve final project presentation and give feedback if needed
  • Approve funding for equipment, travel, and training for employees
  • Create written content for text-heavy projects such as billboards, brochures, mailers, and booklets
  • Ensure timely, accurate completion of assigned projects
  • Ensure all products align with the goals, mission, and brand standards of Community Dental Partners
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Able to travel to assigned district offices
  • 1-3 years of Marketing experience
  • Experience in a supervisor role for the team and creative processes
  • Overseeing Content Creation experience
  • Dutiful and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelors in Fine Arts, Communications, Design, Marketing or similar work experience
