POSITION SUMMARY:
The provider support team is responsible for supporting dentists at Community Dental Partners. As a member of the provider support team you will be interacting directly with dentists in a customer service role to support with scheduling of shifts, booking travel arrangements and accommodations, working with internal departments to answering questions about a variety of topics including licensing, credentialing, compensation, CDP policies and more. You are on the front lines of caring for the dentists who care for our patients!

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
At least three (3) years experience in an administrative role. Dental knowledge and experience preferred
Licensure
: n/a
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to type at least 65 w.p.m. Thorough knowledge of google suite software programs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

5. Maintains accurate and precise schedule of shifts for dentists in offices that specialist supports
6. Works closely with dentists, practice managers, regional managers and clinical directors for all dentist
time-off requests
7. Books travel arrangements for traveling dentists including flights, hotel and rental car
8. Ensures timely and accurate communication to all relevant parties regarding changes to dentist schedules
9. Supports the onboarding and orientation of new dentists
10. Creates professional relationships with dentists that specialist is assigned to support and help
11. Models team loyalty and respect by not engaging in office gossip
12. Always maintains professionalism in dress, speech, and actions
13. Protects Company by keeping necessary information confidential
14. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
15. Works in a team environment with other specialists and manager to complete duties that are not part of this
job description
16. Assume responsibility for the finished product whenever a typing, copying or filing task is completed.
17. Adhere to Corporate Policies and Procedures.
18. Attend all mandatory Company in-services and staff development activities as scheduled.
19. Adhere to Company standards concerning conduct, dress, attendance and punctuality.
20. Assist and support Company-wide quality/performance improvement goals and objectives.
